Who We Are

20 years on Elmira Road

EZ Floors & More opened in 2006 as a flooring showroom in Vacaville. The idea was simple: give people somewhere local to actually stand on a floor before buying it, instead of choosing from a two-inch swatch or a photograph on a screen.

Customers kept asking the same follow-up question — could we install it too? So we built our own crews. Over time that turned into five CSLB classifications under licence #994790: general building, residential remodeling, flooring, painting and concrete.

Today we sell and install flooring from the same showroom, and we take on kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, concrete, landscaping, ADUs and new construction across 16 cities in Solano, Napa, Yolo & Contra Costa Counties.

    Stand on the floor before you buy it. Full-size samples of carpet, laminate, vinyl plank and engineered wood under real light on Elmira Road — and you can take samples home overnight.

  • Five CSLB Classifications

    Licence #994790 covers general building, residential remodeling, flooring, painting and concrete. Multi-trade projects stay with one licensed contractor from start to finish.

  • Prep Work Nobody Sees

    Subfloor flatness, moisture readings, door jamb undercuts and planned plank layout. It is invisible when done right and impossible to hide when skipped.

  • Baseboard Included Free

    Every flooring job we install includes new baseboard — materials and labour. It is the finish detail that decides whether a new floor looks professional or unfinished.

  • Material Actually In Stock

    We stock vinyl plank rather than special-ordering everything. That means real install dates for homeowners and consistent dye lots for contractors running multiple units.
